First 30 Days — Tickable Checklist

This is the single page the project coordinator (and the onboarding mentor) ticks through. Everything they're expected to do in the first 30 days lives here. Detailed module content is in onboarding_plan.md; this is the operational scorecard.

How to use it: - Project Coordinator checks the box when they've done the thing - the onboarding mentor confirms at the Thursday GROW - Anything unchecked by its target day becomes a topic in the next GROW

  • [ ] Slack profile complete (photo, full name, role, timezone)
  • [ ] Joined Slack channels: #revops, #general, #interns, assigned client channel(s)

  • [ ] Observed one full deck-builder bot prompt-to-deck cycle from your onboarding mentor or Bill

Days 11-15 — Week 3: RevOps Domain

  • [ ] Third GROW meeting completed

Days 16-20 — Week 4: Doing the Job

  • [ ] Stood up actual or synthetic project plan in Excel using the GTM Project Plan Template
  • [ ] Same project plan populated as Asana board with workstreams, milestones, dependencies
  • [ ] Wrote first three weekly status updates for the assigned engagement (reviewed by the onboarding mentor)
  • [ ] Named owner of the Steerco operational pack for the assigned engagement
  • [ ] Practiced GROW coaching exercise from the Job Aid — coached the onboarding mentor through a topic
  • [ ] Fourth GROW meeting completed

Day 30 — Formal Review

  • [ ] All above boxes ticked or explained
  • [ ] At least one usable artifact landed in the firm's knowledge base
  • [ ] Bill or the EM has given the onboarding mentor direct feedback on the project coordinator
  • [ ] Day 30 review meeting scheduled (Onboarding mentor + David + Bill)
  • [ ] Project Coordinator has prepared their own self-assessment against the rubric in mentor_check_in_template.md

The "must be true" list at Day 30

If any of these are not true at Day 30, the formal review pauses to address them before deciding on continuation:

  • [ ] Project Coordinator can navigate Asana without help
  • [ ] Project Coordinator can write a BLUF status update without coaching
  • [ ] Project Coordinator is showing up to the GROW meetings prepared with their own topic
  • [ ] Project Coordinator has voiced at least one piece of upward feedback about the curriculum, tooling, or onboarding
  • [ ] Project Coordinator's Asana board for their engagement is current and accurate

Outcome of Day 30

One of three:

  • [ ] Continue toward Day 60 — they're on track
  • [ ] Extend curriculum — gap is in the basics, give 2 more weeks before live ownership
  • [ ] End early — fit isn't there; close out gracefully with a clean reference
