Box Reference Index — Curated for the Project Coordinator

Every reference below is a real file in the Cortado Box universe (verified against the local Box scanner DB on 2026-05-14). Paths are relative to All Files/.

This index is the canonical "where do I read about X" map. If something is missing here that should be in the curriculum, that's a Tier 1 idle-backlog item: write the missing doc and add it here.

GROW coaching model — Cortado-internal canon

What powers the weekly GROW meetings in mentor_check_in_template.md. Cortado's internal Goal / Reality / Options / Way Forward version — licensed from Sarah Bedwell LLC and taught in our own consultant development program.

Primary sources (Cortado internal — use these):

Client-engagement adaptations (DO NOT use as canon — these reframe GROW for specific clients):

  • Clients/CEA Alliance/CEA - Addendum A - Sales Enablement/3. Client Presentations & Deliverables/5. Training & Coaching/ — relabels W as "Will Do" and coachees as "Strategists"
  • Clients/DTN/DTN - Addendum B - GTM Build/3. Client Presentations & Deliverables/Deliverables/Big Deal Coaching/ — applies GROW to deal coaching (Big Deal Coaching - Husky Cenovus - Cortado GROW 050925.pptx and Sheetz - Group GROW Coaching.mp4 are good worked examples to watch)

Lesson learned: Cortado client folders contain dozens of GROW-flavored decks because we sell coaching. When training our own people, always pull from the HR - L&D/ track first, NOT from client deliverables.

Cortado-internal onboarding assets (the one I almost missed)

The whole folder Corporate - SHARED/Shared - Onboarding (2023)/ is dedicated to Cortado-internal onboarding. Highlights:

Cortado Message Orientation (Day 1 welcome content)

Engagement Workstream Orientation decks — examples, not curriculum

Corporate - SHARED/Shared - Engagment Workstream Orientation/ contains client-specific orientation decks (built for DTN, Vomela, etc.) — they are NOT generic training. The pattern they reveal is useful: Cortado builds workstream-specific orientation decks for clients at the start of an engagement, and the PC will help produce these. Skim ONE of them only if and when the project coordinator is about to be on a similar workstream, to see the shape of the deliverable. Do not read them as foundational learning.

1099 contractor source documents (already in Box)

  • Current Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) template: Corporate - DocuSign Downloads/Cortado_Group_Independent_Contractor_Agreement_v2026_(rev_011526) (4).docx...pdf
  • 1099 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): Corporate - DocuSign Downloads/Cortado_Group_Acceptable_Use_Policy_051223_1099_Only 1.docx...pdf
  • Referral Sources Addendum: Corporate - DocuSign Downloads/Cortado_Group_Independent_Contractor_Referral_Sources_Addendum_B_240318...pdf
  • Recent signed examples: the same DocuSign Downloads folder contains signed contracts for Karen Loiterstein, Todd Ervin, Grupo Revenue, and others — useful as filled-in worked examples

Talent / onboarding source materials (precedent)

All in HR - Learning & Development/Consultant Development Program/Additional Brilliance/Talent Program/6 - Talent Onboarding/:

  • Resources/Onboarding Guide Template.docx
  • Resources/Onboarding Checklist Example.xlsx
  • Resources/New Hire Onboarding Plan (Days 1-120).xlsx
  • Resources/Onboarding 60 Day New Hire Role Play - SD.doc
  • Clarus_sales_ rep_onboarding_2020.docx
  • Clarus_sales_ leader_onboarding_2020.docx

(The Clarus docs are role-specific onboarding for a client engagement, but they show the shape of a strong onboarding doc — useful pattern to copy.)

Channel strategy (adjacent practice)

All in HR - Learning & Development/Consultant Development Program/Channels/:

  • Channel Strategy 1.mp4 (+ .txt transcript)
  • Channel Strategy 2.mp4
  • Channel Strategy 3.mp4
  • Channels - 20250411.mp4 (+ .vtt)

Resources that live OUTSIDE Box

Not everything is in Box. Don't write a Box-shaped artifact when the right home is somewhere else.

  • PMO Site (the "CG Wiki"): https://sites.google.com/cortadogroup.com/pmo/ — Google Site that holds the canonical glossary, presentation checklist, 5 Whys, foundational analyses, and project management reference material. This is the home of PM Excellence content; the doc-shaped artifacts in this folder are drafts that should land there once stable.
  • Innovation Studio (pattern reference): https://innovationstudio.cortadogroup.ai/ — the model for how a Cortado practice area publishes its own site. A future projectcoordinator.cortadogroup.ai would be the natural home for the project coordinator curriculum + 1099 orchestration content.
  • Talent Portal: https://talent.cortadogroup.com — applicant pipeline and scoring; not in Box
  • PSA: https://psa.cortadogroup.com — resourcing, capacity, and timesheets (including idle-backlog work logging); not in Box
  • Asana — every live project plan; Box holds exports and snapshots, not the source of truth

Known gaps in the Box library (idle-backlog opportunities)

Verified against the Box DB. The project coordinator should write the following because they genuinely don't exist:

  • ~~A Kanban-for-RevOps primer~~ — now exists as asana_kanban_waterfall_primer.md in this folder; should be migrated into Box once stable
  • A "what changes vs. what stays" RevOps engagement comparison

That's it — the rest of the gaps I previously listed turned out to be either: (a) wrong home (glossary lives in the CG Wiki, not Box), (b) not a real artifact (Box folder hygiene is a Week-2 exercise of comparing existing folders, not a doc), or (c) possibly documented elsewhere and still being confirmed (1099 orchestration — flagged for verification with your onboarding mentor or David).
